From my initial contact over the phone to driving off the lot in my Certified 2012 Dodge Journey, everyone at Wells just could not have been nicer or more professional. A big thanks to Mike who quickly responded to my initial internet inquiry, Ciro who patiently waited for me to accept his offer and Jeff who is the wizard behind the paperwork....and I'm not forgetting Michael who took a photo of myself, the car and Ciro for the website :) If you want to deal with honest, no pressure folks who listen and treat you with kindness and respect, look no further than Wells. Went to look only. Dan the salesman that met us in the sales lots spent about 2 hours with us showing the different Town & Country vans. He took time to explain the different features on the vans that we looked at. We did not test drive a vehicle until we had settled on the monthly payments. We did not want to fall in love with something we could not afford. After settling on the payments we went to lunch before taking a test drive. This gave me and the wife time to talk by ourselves with no outside distractions. After lunch Dan took us on a test drive. After the test drive we left with the understanding that we wished to think on the deal. After two days we called and the vehicle was still there so we told Dan we would take the deal. On the day of the transfer Dan took time to make sure we understood and could operate the features that came with the vehicle. We are very happy with how the whole transfer took place, from the first experience on the lot to the final signing of the paper work.

Wells Auto Sales in Avon Park is definitely a car dealership you can trust whether you purchase a new or used vehicle. I purchased a used Chrysler Town and Country under warranty. When I heard a chirping sound and the AC wasn't cooling, I called Wells and was given an appointment the next day.
Mr. Muller cheerfully stood by the warranty (and) the nice lady driving the shuttle took me home and brought me back to get my car the next day. Special thanks to Kathy Poteat for helping me get this vehicle that looks brand new through the Hartford Replacement Program.
I had a Dodge conversion van a few years ago and the mechanics always diagnosed and repaired any problems in a timely manner and never overcharge.

I purchased a 2013 Ram 2500 from Wells Motor Company. The dealership is 200 miles from my home. They gave me the first and best price of all of the dealers I talked to. They have no dealer fee, which makes the price hard to beat. The purchase process was better than I have ever had in the past. I drove in with my trade, all paperwork was complete, we went over the vehicle and I was in and out in under 1 hour. No issues of going back and forth with the manager like most dealers. I would highly recommend Wells Motor Company and my salesman, Mike Pool to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Just a note to let you know about the new Dodge Ram on our recent 1300 mile trip.

We have reached 20mpg-21 and the truck was loaded down,  driving 70 mph most of the time.  It could have been better had I stayed at 65mph.  Not complaining.

My wife and I both can't get over the comfort of the ride and how quiet.  Excellent handling and we both enjoyed driving it.  Have had lots of compliments on it's looks and being a truck people don't believe it's so plush.

I'd like to say this truck is not a work truck but more for traveling with all of it's comforts.  That's why we appreciate it.

This is a great big Thank You to Mike Linkenbach and Lorenzo Williams for all your help yesterday. What a way to end the year with a brand new vehicle. I am really glad I decided to go with the Jeep Compass. I love the way it drives, turns and handles, very similar to the way my Toyota Corolla drove. As for the black wheels, (the only feature I wasn't thrilled about), I realized it will be easier to keep them clean so I have learned to love them. I would like to share my experience in purchasing my 2012 Dodge Journey at Wells Motor Company. I could not have asked for a better, more professional, comfortable experience. The salesman, Lorenzo Williams, was knowledgable, friendly and patient in answering my many, many questions. Paul (don't remember his official title) and Lorenzo explained everything in detail about the deal. Cathy at the front desk was helpful, even coming out to my new vehicle to set up my bluetooth. Just a note to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received on May 9th when I brought my Dodge Caliber in because I was afraid I had a real brake problem. Since I was about to travel 1,050 miles back to London, Ohio, I was concerned I may lose my brakes before I got back. You have a great service department - I'm not used to that kind of service. I was also very pleasantly surprized at the low bill - another experience I rarely get. 
If I lived in Florida (and maybe someday will) I would definitely buy a car at your dealership because of your service department. 
I drove all 1,050 miles in one day and no problems with the brakes!

When my daughter and I went into to Wells to try to buy a new car, we expected to be treated like we had been in other Sebring/Avon Park dealerships, that was not good. However, we met with Bill at Wells, told him what we were hoping to buy, we saw 2 that we liked and did the paperwork.We were told we will get back to you soon, which we had heard before from the other dealers. However, Bill was right, we did hear back soon and we bought our Jeep Compass a few days later.
